Fender help

so a few months back I decided to Durabak my fenders to see if I wanted to do the whole truck. I don’t really like the way it turned out. Maybe is was how I applied it or it just doesn’t hold up well.
I have 3 choices I can buy aftermarket fenders, try to find some OEM not rusted out. or alkaline dip the fenders I have which cost about the same as new fenders
Any aftermarket ones worth getting? any body have any OEM for sale? What’s the gauge of the OEM fenders?

I don’t know what the specs are for the metal thickness on the OEM fenders vs aftermarket, but there is a notable difference. I’d recommend getting OEM if you can. I know availability is much more limited up there than it is down here. If you can’t find any it’s not that big of a deal, tons of trucks are out there with aftermarket fenders and I’ve used them myself. But I’ll always prefer OEM if available

if you replace, just remember to get a pair of 2wd or 4wd... had a friend that didnt pay attention, got one of each
