Trying to change my password but having issues... - Infamous Nissan

Long story short, my phone remembers my password but I don't... I want to log on with my computer but I'm having issues with the password changing process. I'm pretty sure I'm typing the security numbers in correctly and everything, but it doesn't accept my response, it says the numbers don't match. I've tried both with and without a space between the two number groups but neither work... Anybody have any idea why this is happening?

I sent an email password reminder. I'm not sure if that will help you or not. We use the same image capture process with registration too so that part should be working. If the password reminder email doesn't help I can dig some more and see if there are any other options I can find, I didn't see anything right off that allows me to reset your password myself....although that doesn't mean it isn't there somewhere

Thanks for the speedy response man. Right after I posted this I decided to try one more time to get the exact error message it was giving me but it worked and I got a temporary password. So all is good now.
