What is this piece of door trim called and is it available?
The pic is looking down from the top of the door.

Hard to tell what you're talking about. I do also see that the top of your door card is missing some stuff... is this what you're talking about when you say "door trim"?

Belt molding. If nissan doesnt have it for a hardbody ask for a wd21 pathfinder. Same part different part number. I ran into that back in 2012.

I've found all of it on eBay, but have not ordered any yet. Belt molding and window run channels are all available.
