Ignition Timing - Infamous Nissan

Where is the info for Ignition Timing stored? If it is in the Factory Service Manuals, I can't locate the right section.

Is it in the Owner's Manual?

I guess the older KA 4cylinder is 15° BTDC (Before Top Dead Center) according to JUSTANSWER then 3° BTDC according to ANOTHER JUSTANSWER.

A post on NICOCLUB says 20° BTDC for the VG30E.

Is 20° BTDC correct for the VG30E?

My FSM for my 1997 says 10 +/- 2 degrees.

1997 is for ka24e only. Vg30 was not available after 95. The pic below is from the 1995 manual in the vg30 section of the EF book.
