Default Any Lifted 2wd?

ive been thinking of lifting my 1985 nissan 720 king cab st. i was wondering if anyine else has done this and how.


this is the only on i have found on the net. not much information other then Lifted 2wd, 2" BL and 3" Jim Conner Arms.

does anyone know how much lift i can get from just the torsion bars.

You don't want to go more than 1.5" lift on the tbars. You might be able to get a little more if you relegated them

IN member vamptooth had a lowerd 2wd and just lifted it, turned out good
idk how he lifted it, he might have a thread on it

build a long travel kit for it ...total chaos has kits for 99 fronty ....mod that to work ...would be sickkkkk

with cranked torsions and rear shackle will i be able to clear 235/75/R15's i perfer not to run a body lift

found a few hardbodys

94 hardbody 2wd. torsion bars cranked, shakles in the rear, 30x9.50 trail climber mt's on 15x8 steels.

95 Hardbody 4x2, 3" bodylift, 1.5" torsion bar crank, superlift shocks, 15x8 Eagle Alloys , 255/70 15 General grabber at2

The main problem I saw with lifting my 2WD was gearing...it's too high and would SUCK to have big tires. So budget for that as well.
