Late to the party, but I love my Pelican 1920. Super tough and waterproof, and the clip has never loosened up on me, although it would be easy to adjust because it comes off with the battery cover. I give the tip of the clip a little extra bend to more easily slide over the thick rolled edge of my Carhartt pocket. On my second one, because the first disappeared on me.

Also if you doubt my credentials as a flashlight nerd, I built one of the brightest battery-powered flashlights on the internet, clocking in at 81,000 lumens and about 1hp if you do the power conversion...

Does that take count as a flashlight?!?!

What did you use to power it? LiPo?

I've been playing with 15k lumen emitters lately. My coworker accidentally scorched a hole in his desk when it fell emitter down on the table.

My daily carry is a OLight iR2 EOS. I keep it on my keychain. Does fine for my IT work for the job and is nice and small but bright enough to be useful for mechanic work after hours.
My uncle was gifted a Olight Warrior Mini Eternal. Its amazing. Im shopping for one right now haha

I call it a flashlight haha. Dunno if you looked at the link but it's in a nice little CNC'd plywood case with handles. It's got 6 LiPo batteries hooked up into what is ultimately a big 9S2P bank. We call it the Toaster because it's shaped like a toaster and also will toast bread...

Oh, and on strobe mode it makes for a real good time in a dark room.
