Yeah. It won’t mount up because the “ears” are needed to clear the side of the carb. The only other way it’d go is on the back side of the carb upside down.

FWIW the vacuum line is 5/32" and about $1.50 a foot at the parts store. Cheap place to start and it should be done at some point anyways.
