Maybe it’s just my perception from the picture but it looks like the leaf spring is curved upwards a little bit. It definitely wouldn’t hurt to look for replacements. Rockauto lists some leaf springs

SE-V6 trucks weren’t very plentiful, but the 2wd version was even less plentiful. If you don’t have proof of exactly when the timing belt was last replaced you need to assume it should be replaced...
