Default Help, truck has codes 0450 and 0446 after much work.

I have a 1996 pickup, 2 wheel drive, with 40 thousand on it. I love the truck and the mileage makes it amazing but it won't stop throwing the codes 446 and 450. So far I have replaced the fuel pressure sensor, an expensive part, the evap hoses, after I ran a vapor test, the gas cap, and the canister. I blew out all the lines and years of charcoal came out. After all this I had the codes come back within 30 miles. Now they are flying back within 10. I tested the harness on the fuel pressure sensor and ran a pressure test with good results. Any ideas? I'm at a loss. I know the fuel tank has been replaced at some point in the last 10 years. I'm wondering if it could have anything to do with that. I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

Have you used the factory service manual to check the wiring? Page 198
