Mine doesn't. I'll check in a couple minutes.

Just checked. It's there! I just didn't remember it when I did my motor swap.

I'd start with the fuse under the dash in the fuse panel.

If that's good, I'd turn to the fuel filter. If the filter is clogged, the pump can't flow.

If those are both good, it gets harder, like pulling the bed or dropping the fuel tank to check for power where the fuel pump goes into the tank.

I all the fuses are good, there is power to the fuel pump since it cycles when turning the key on, fuel filter is good since fuel comes out when pump is cycling. Is there a relay that turns the pump on when the engine is cranking?

not to familiar with this but just a thought. does your engine have a return to tank line off the fuel pressure reg? i only say this cause it could just be dumping the fuel back to the tank and then theres no pressure to inject the fuel properly.... from what i understand with my fuel problems is that if the reg opens and dumps the access pressure then it just wont run. again im spit balling here.

There is a relay

EC 27 shows the schematic

EC 40 is for the diagnostic portion. It says #24 and #31 should trigger all the time. Who knew?

EC-79 shows how to diagnose the fuel pump

EC 81 shows how to diagnose the fuel pump relay

Then the Cat told me, "No More Pictures!"

Ok so what would cause the fuel pump to not run when starting. Is there a connection that signals the pump to stay on?

Everything about the fuel pump SHOULD BE in that one schematic on page EC 27.

It shows the ECU, a fuse, and the relay controlling everything.

There is also the Ground wire, but it doesn't change.

Crankshaft Position Sensor?

I don't know where that is, honestly.
