The only thing I could find was saying to connect a fuel pressure gauge and measure the pressure with the vacuum hose attached than unattached, also said something about checking the pressure after shutting the engine off for an hour, found it on google.

You need a fuel pressure gauge that hooks up between the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel rail somewhere. Maybe it has a shrader valve on the fuel rail like most do.
