Default I need help with starter/ ignition wiring

I just recently acquired an 89 hb well the ignition sequence was two toggle switches then a push button they removed the fuse block that went to the start sequence I want to put a key ignition back in it but the wiring is so screwed up under the hood I don’t know what to do I have a fuse block off an 86 hb but I have extra wires and I have plugs that I don’t know where the go to

I have a chiltons but thatís about it kinda on a tight budget to buy the 79 dollar one and sorry about the link that was the only way I could think to post pics on here since I donít have a photo bucket anymore
