It's not a rock auto issue. It's whoever rebuilds/builds them in China can't be bothered to get the wiring right.

Thanks for the update Kat...

Dearhurst has it... it's a China thing. America sold out decades ago and we're now payin' for it. Not much MIA (Made In America) these days... but these trucks were not "designed here" either. (o;\

So, if it was made on a Monday or a Friday...

The D21 was designed here. It was designed by the guy that designed the boat tail Riviera. I believe FM make a great history thread.

Oh really? Interesting... I thought all Datsuns/Nissans were engineered in Japan.

FM? ...who dat?

Engineered, yes. Designed, no. The final engineering work was by Nissan Japan. The overall design work for how it looks and such was by an American. FM is Foul_Mouth. He has a sticky on the history in the D21 section.
