Default Cluster swap question?

I change a dashboard of a nissan d21 to a. Round dashboard from a 1995 nissan pathfinder. The cluster of the pathfinder does not fit the harness plug how could i fix this problem? Does anyone know how to make it work?

I despise wiring. Bad carpal tunnel in my right hand has a lot do to with it too. I need to have hand surgery but cant be out of work right now. Oh well.

Clean the contact points on the back of the cluster, the grimy connections could offer resistance impending the full 12v going to the mini bulbs
