OK, not stripped. What about using something like Locktite (or nail polish) to hold the screw in place, once tightened. I don't see a problem. This is how I'd address it. You can always break loose these connection in the future.

Tried that - lasted longer but ultimately they backed out slightly. I didn't want to goob it on though...but with the new conductive glue i have I'll put a good amount on the threads and washer and circuit to hopefully keep it together.
