1999 4cly, 5speed, 2wd.
The 240sx feels like it has way more power than the truck. I think it's the same motor. Intake system is different. Would a intake system from a 240sx fit on this motor???? How much power would be gained???? Would it be worth it???? |

1998 240SX
Curb weight: 2,800 to 2,862 lbs Horsepower: 155 hp 1999 Frontier Curb weight: 2,911 to 3,726 lbs Horsepower: 143 hp So, 12 more Horsepower. I suspect the 240 is faster because it weighs less, though.

Not really much difference.
Probably not worth the work. |

Now, on the other hand, if you want to turbo your KA24 engine, the 240 intake (I hear) is much better suited for that.

Looking for a little more low end power.
Turbo would be nice, but not what I'm looking for, |
