Update:
I put the drivers side rear tire on the front, front on the back. The vibration moved from the back to the front. So I put my 31's on, and while they have their own low frequency vibration, the vibration in the stick shift and wheel is gone. Sad, these are Toyo Open Country A/T's - so it looks like I found the problem, not 100% sure but about 85% sure. Thursday will tell, new tires will be coming. BTW those that say Transfer case bearing - it has 1" of rubber around it, it is SUPPOSED to be flexible to absorb vibration, got the new part here but I need to go order the seal for it.

BTW Problem was finally solved.
Out of balance driveshaft and MOGUE ball joints don't go well, 4 year old ball joint snapped, or was close to it, and all 4 of those got replaced with Delta8 and Sansei 555 (OEM). New tires, vibration went away SOMEWHAT. Alignment, got smoother but still there but now it's engine not drive train. Transmission shop to drain/flush the diff, TC, and trans - MUCH smoother but still not. And in the end the cap and rotor have my truck driving like brand frackin NEW. $2000 this month into my truck, she should last for a while. THermostat change out - problem of going up hill and having the temp creep up is gone as well.

Another premature moog balljoint failure. They only lasted a few years on my son’s truck. They may have been excellent in the past, but they’re just living on reputation now.
