I have a 1997 D21 pickup. Can someone give me the part number for the Intermittent Wiper Amplifier? I'm having a hard time figuring out where to order one.
Thanks! |

Get one from a junk yard. I don't think these go bad.
I've got a lot of the parts - maybe enough to make a whole kit.

I wish someone had a better write up or diagram on exactly what wires need to be moved or connected to do this swap, my current intermittent wiper device (my right hand) is getting tired with all the rain we are getting down here !

I did this myself, and mine was slightly different (different year) from the write up. I studied the wiring diagrams for a bit, made some educated guesses on how it should work, and wired it up! Works great! Awesome write up, it is very worthwhile, and made this very, very easy to do. Had it done in an hour. Thanks so much!

Just what I was looking for.
I have a 1999 EX. Pulse wiper would be good, but a variable would be better. Is the amplifier the same???? The part number is normally printed on it. What years would work???? From reading through this, it seems like 1994 to 2004. Could I take it out of different models???? |

I think my 1999 has the plug for the amp.
There is one blue wire jumper on the plug. Now I hope I'll just have to find a switch and amp. |

So I've been following this thread for a while and finally got my truck an Xmas present
![]() 1996 4x4, found the amplifier in the wrecking yard, from a 1990!! Bought a brand spanking new wiper stalk from NissanOemPartsnow.com and put it all together today, plugged in it - bada BING, worked first time, no wiring to mess with. (Same as my tach). Easier to build one wiring harness with all options I suppose. Quite pleased. Link for Wiper stalk for 95-97. They did not have the amplifier, discontinued part. https://www.nissanoempartsnow.com/oe...yABEgLoTfD_BwE

My wiper switch is rather beat up looking. I'm bookmarking that in my browser's WANT section.
