Just had the head tested and resurfaced and put a new head gasket and new head bolts on the KA24 in my Hardbody, but the radiator ia still dumping into the motor. What else could it be besides a bad block?

Do a leak-down test. Should tell you where the problem lies.

Was your timing chain rattling badly and/or for a long time?

The truck seemed perfect, no knocks, no smoke. It just ran hot. I flushed the coolant system and changed the water pump, new fan, ect. Then I found water in the oil. Disassembled, sent the head to the machine shop and when it was returned, reassembled. Changed the oil and the first couple of test drives were fine, the last two the truck ran warmer and the coolant level dropped. Checked the oil and sure enough, water in the oil.

I am sorry to hear of your milkshake problems. When I went through similar problems I did not know about this forum, and I sent the truck to the scrap yard after the 2nd head gasket. Apparently, these timing chains get sloppy enough to wear a hole into a water channel. I am curious to read about possible solutions to this problem.

Curious, could water be leaking into the engine at the intake manifold? I ask because one of the long intake bolts would not tighten down to torque specs, it stripped out. I didn't think anything about it at the time.

Not knowing that one, I can't say for sure. But, in general, yes -- bolts often extend into the water jacket on various engines.
