OT is a double edged sword for sure. I could be making more but I'd also go insane if I did that. I'll knock out a few 12 hour days here and there when the situation calls for it though.

I don't mind a few hours here and there, but a few weeks of 60+ hours of dealing with people's IT BS will start making the pistol in the nightstand look like a tasty treat.

2021 is already shit. The wife has covid. 5 days of her vomiting and unable to eat or drink. She spent half a day in the ER receiving IV fluids and they sent her home. Shes finally turned the corner. She hasnt tossed her food up in 15 hours. Wanna know whats strange? I tested negative and haven’t had a single symptom. I certainly hope it stays that way since it has been almost a week since she became got sick.

And she won’t go anywhere without her mask. Beats me how she got infected.

Sorry to hear that Caddy. Hopefully your wife makes a full recovery. My girlfriend's dad just got out of the hospital after about 2 weeks of being stuck in there. He's still on oxygen but is recovering at least. Covid is bad junk.

It affects people differently. My girlfriend thinks she had it. For her it was like super mono and she hasn't gotten. Her stamina back about 6 months later. It's slowly coming back.

I'm pretty sure I had it. I'm quite compromised in the lungs. I was hacking up junk for 2 weeks, a couple weeks of ok then a couple more weeks of hacking up a lung.

Coworkers family tested ++. Their symptoms ranged from runny nose to muted taste.

It's a coronavirus. Some of us, like you, likely have tcells from a related coronavirus so it doesn't affect us or our symptoms are milder.
