Fuel pressure when running should stay the same whether it is "ignition ON", "idling" or "revving". That fuel pump is badass! When it is Off, the fuel pressure drops down to 30ish.

I put headers on mine before dropping it in, but...

I put headers on mine before dropping it in, but then I could not get the engine with the headers to go around the engine mounts - so the headers had to come back off.

Being a 4x4, someone could have thrashed the hell out of it and bent the frame.

If that happened, you should be able to see it by looking under the truck from the back to the front along the frame...

Rockauto seems to sell what they can get ahold of. Sometimes they run out. Sometimes new stuff comes in for a little while.

So, as for reliable, it all depends on the brand they are selling.
