There are several fuses that go to the ecm....

There are several fuses that go to the ecm. Fastest way to check is to just check every fuse in the fuse box. With a multimeter or test light this takes less than a minute to check them all.

Just general tune up, use NGK plugs and wires, new cap and rotor, fuel and air filters, and set the timing to 10 btdc with a timing light.
