Yes, you can do a 240sx swap.

You will need the ECU and wiring harness out of the 240sx to make all of it work, though - unless you plan to gut everything anyway.

Mine is the same way. I think it's the filler neck that leaks.

I've gotten to where I let the pump fill the tank until it clicks OFF automatically one time - and I do not add any more to it.
