If you have noise until the engine is warm that means oil isn't getting to them and they are not...

Check fluid level first. If you replace the master or slave I'd recommend just replacing both. Easy to get to and inexpensive. Good insurance on the other one failing soon after.

The head unit I run is rated for 4x55w and 17w RMS. It runs just fine off the trucks wiring harness.

You can get an ODB scanner from just about anywhere. I have a bluetooth one that communicates with my phone off...

Check heat shields. If I lug my truck my headers will vibrate against a heat shield and make horrible noises. A loose heat shield can make all sorts of weird noises!

Id be more inclined that the coolant sensor would actually be the cylinder head temp sensor and make the engine run rich causing poor fuel mileage.
