Questions On Lowering 1990 Hardbody

I own a 1990 hardbody and really wanna lower it. its got torsion bars in the front. whats the easiest and cheapest way to do so.
i dont mind a bumpoy ride or anything jus tight on money.

mine has constant power to the green/yellow wire....

mine has constant power to the green/yellow wire. even if everythings off and brake pressure isnt applied. the tail lights work fine but cant get the brake lights working.

ok i figured out that the pink wire will do the taillights. the green and yellow will jus turn the lights on for no reason. Nothings on or anything the lights jus stay on. WHat could it be?
