Like SBJ said, make sure you get the parts that are proper for the 95 on there. The 97 is OBD2, 95 is not so sensors, brackets and such may be different.

My folks use heated seat pads and put them under the seat covers on the super duty. Plugs into the cigarette lighter. They are happy with them and it keeps your butt warm. Might be a viable option.
